Treating your coffee comfortably during its short lifespan will help bring out the best flavor possible. Do yourself a favor by taking care of those precious beans.

Refrain from storing your coffee in the refrigerator. Coffee can absorb flavors and aromas from other foods chilling in the refrigerator. Freezing your coffee can also have a damaging effect, I do not recommend doing this unless you will not use-up your supply of coffee in less than three weeks time. Coffee should be stored in a airtight, clean and dry container and placed in a cool, dark storage area.
